Applications and Enterprise Users

Research Strategy

To provide eleven additional popular SaaS applications used by companies on the Forbes 2000 list, we began by using precompiled lists from HubSpot and Datamation. This allowed us to find a few apps for the list, but many of them had already been used in previous reports. Therefore, we began searching for the vendors used by some of the largest companies on the Forbes 2000 list such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Coca-Cola. When we found SaaS vendors that these companies were using, we further examined the application's website to determine if the app was being used by additional companies on the Forbes list, which would indicate more widespread use by the top companies. Only companies that had multiple Forbes 2000 companies as clients were included. This strategy allowed us to find additional popular SaaS apps to include.
