FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Some functional requirements for a new customer relationship management
system as per the RFP include:
- "Ability to allow prioritization of requests."
- "Ability to view history of edits and updates to requests, and provide easily retrievable audit trail information."
- "Complies with all current government standards and web-based transaction encryption standards."
- "Includes all support software, tools and utilities needed for configuration, installation, and operation at no additional cost."
